Return Policy

Rentals are based on time out of our shop, not actual use.  Because each rental is altered to fit before it leaves our shop, we cannot offer returns on rental orders. 

Because costume rentals need careful measuring and sizing, we do not offer direct online ordering.  We want to help you order correctly so please do call or email.  Before you do, please open up and print out or download our "how to measure" and "fax charge authorization" forms.  Fill them out and have them ready when you call.  We will be happy to assist you.
